International Shipping Information

When ordering from AceCase.com, please ensure that the product can be legally imported to your destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid delays in receiving your order from customs, we recommend:

  • Providing a phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. This number will be listed on the commercial invoice.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of any returns. International shipping fees are non-refundable for any reason.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods refused at customs.

Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions may require the importer of record to provide a specific form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries/regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
