Return Policy
Refunds
All items purchased from Ace Case come with a 30-day return policy. Items can be returned for a full refund if they are in the same condition as received or have a manufacturer defect.
Warranties
All items are covered by Ace Case's 90-day Limited Warranty.
What is Covered: Ace Case's warranty includes repair for manufacturer defects or replacement with a new, refurbished, or equivalent item. Shipping, insurance, or transportation charges from the customer to us are not covered.
What is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with incompatible equipment. Cosmetic or incidental damages are also not covered. Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs void the warranty.
Repair/Replacement Process: Once received, Ace Case will inspect, test, and repair the item as needed. Repairs may take up to 7 business days from receipt. The item will be shipped back to the customer once repaired.
Manufacturer Warranty
Ace Case is an authorized retailer for all brands we sell. We purchase directly from the brand or their authorized distributor. However, some brands may only honor warranties for products purchased directly from them.
If the product you buy would be covered by the manufacturer warranty and is denied because the manufacturer does not honor their warranty if purchased from us, Ace Case will honor the same warranty service offered by the manufacturer or refund your purchase.
For all products sold in NEW condition, Ace Case will stand behind the manufacturer's warranty even if the manufacturer does not. Customers must first contact the manufacturer to inquire about the product warranty. If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim, the customer should send the details of the denial to Ace Case. We will review the claim and the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and assist the customer with their product. If it is deemed that the product would be covered under the existing manufacturer warranty and the only reason for denial by the manufacturer was because the product was purchased from Ace Case, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty or refund the product.
Taxes
If you are located in Florida, 7% sales tax will be applied to your purchase total.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For extra security and peace of mind, Ace Case has selected PayPal to process your payment, and we do not receive or store any of your payment information.
